L1 and L2 Summarizing Strategies Used by EFL Learners

چکیده
This study aims to explore the frequency and effectiveness of summarization strategies used by Turkish EFL learners in both their L1 L2 processes. Some 80 participants completed a self-report questionnaire summary writing task languages. Results revealed moderate use processes, with positive correlations found between certain criteria. These findings highlight importance teaching variety improve performance The transferability skills is also emphasized.
